At Metropolitan Endodontics, we make every effort to provide our patients with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
Please bring your insurance information to your first office visit.
If you have insurance, we will estimate your financial responsibility and collect that portion on the day of service. Upon completion of services, we will submit a claim to your insurance company. Most insurance companies will respond within four weeks. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is your responsibility and we will send you a statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Likewise, in case of overpayment, it will be reflected on the statement and we will promptly process a refund.
Patients should be aware of their insurance network and coverage in order to best utilize their benefits. You are encouraged to call your insurance provider directly. Metropolitan Endodontics reserves the right to decline acceptance of any insurance outside those companies with which we are contracted.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
