Meet Dr. Doyle
Dr. Scott Doyle was raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota in 1999. Dr. Doyle served in the United States Air Force for 7 years, including an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency.
Dr. Doyle obtained both his Master of Science and Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Minnesota in 2004. His research focused on the comparison of outcomes for root canal treatment and dental implants. In 2005, Dr. Doyle was named the Air Force Air Combat Command Junior Dental Officer of the Year.
Dr. Doyle is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He currently serves as an Associate Clinical Professor for the Division of Endodontics at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Doyle is a Past President of the Minnesota Association of Endodontists, reviewer for the Scientific Advisory Board of the Journal of Endodontics and serves on committees for various professional organizations. He has authored multiple articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, as well as a chapter on the “Endodontic Applications of CBCT” in an upcoming textbook.
He stays abreast of the latest advancements in the specialty of endodontics by maintaining memberships in the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minnesota Association of Endodontists, American Association of Endodontists, St. Paul District Dental Society, and College of Diplomates, as well as a variety of study clubs.
Dr. Doyle strives for the highest quality endodontic care for all of his patients in a comfortable environment. His expert clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based contemporary techniques are complemented by his understanding approach.
Dr. Doyle resides in Bloomington with his wife Patty, a pharmacist, and their four daughters, Ashley, Hannah, Olivia and Stella. Scott values spending time with his family and friends. Other interests include golfing, boating, skiing, watching Wisconsin Badger sports and spending time outdoors.
