Financial Policy

Estimated fees and payment options will be discussed during your initial phone call to Metropolitan Endodontics. Our expert patient coordinators will do everything possible to make sure that all questions are answered prior to service.

Our fees reflect the specific procedure and the type of tooth being treated. Additional fees for diagnostic imaging or other services may apply, depending on the specific condition of your tooth. Your estimated portion is expected at the first appointment.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.

Patients without insurance can receive a 5% courtesy discount if treatment is paid in full with either cash or check on the day of service.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
