If you have any questions about insurance or payment plans, please feel free to contact our office and talk to our Patient Coordinators.

We encourage discussion of our fee estimates before treatment. A clear understanding of financial arrangements can make treatment more comfortable. We will discuss fees and payment options on your initial phone call to our office. We request that patients who have a dental insurance plan put 30% of the estimated cost of treatment down at the first visit. We also have other payment options available for you to choose from.

Patients without insurance can receive a 5% courtesy discount if treatment is paid in full with cash or check on the day of service. If your insurance plan pays more than the remaining balance, we will reimburse you in a timely manner.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
